Welcome! You are now an official member of House Academy!
This membership affords you access to a superior, proprietary set of tools specifically designed to help you choose, buy and sell properties more quickly and efficiently. Quick access to each of these tools can be found HERE.
Over the next few pages, we’ll explain how to access your cool new tools and give you a whole bunch of information. We know that this is A LOT to absorb off the bat so please keep this Member Guide handy to refer to again and again. It’s the perfect cheat sheet for when you need to know something right away!
Here’s a little trick, too: Any time you feel lost or adrift in the sea of wholesaling, reach out to our customer service team by clicking on the Chat Widget (found in the lower left corner of House Academy pages). We will be able to address most questions you may have there, or you can send an email directly to us at support@houseacademy.com.

Need a website built? There are many options available if you search in the HouseAcademy forums. Her availability varies but, if you’re feeling lucky, you can request a quote from our very own head of IT, Molly, by emailing her HERE.
House Academy Supporting Documents and Ongoing Template Additions
We are constantly adding to the templates and documents that we make available to members. For House Academy supporting documents, you’ll want to visit House Academy’s community forums HERE. Once there, just look for the tab near the top called “Templates.”
Make sure you’re signed up for an account! It’s free, and you can ask questions, browse information, interact with other members and our staff, and more!

Nationwide search access is part of your membership. You can search property information, view the number of records available, etc. for free until you download the specific ownership information.
Property Detail Exports are charged at the rate of $0.10/record + 3.5% credit card processing fee. Records are billed by House Academy directly every day following the data pulls.
When you sign up, you will receive two emails. One will be from support@houseacademy.com with the subject line “DataTree.com – User Creation Notification.” The other will have your username and the other will have your temporary password.
The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your password.

Please note that DataTree does not allow you to view or download a count/number of records that is over 10,000. This is a cap specifically implemented by DataTree and cannot be overridden. We bill for DataTree data/records downloaded every day for the day before using the credit card we have on file.
Nationwide access to TitlePro 24/7 (an extended version of AgentPro 24/7) is provided as an additional resource to further expand your property/data research tools – including GPS coordinates. You have access to every area of this product which includes quite a bit of free information. Your membership entitles you to ten (10) free Property Reports (GPS coordinates found here) and three (3) free Online Record downloads (i.e. vesting deeds) every month. Additional items can be purchased directly online via the Premium Reports and Premium Leads sections and are paid directly to TitlePro as you use them. Free records reset at the start of each month. To get started, It is imperative that you watch the full video (below) before logging in for the first time.

Nothing is billed by House Academy for TitlePro 24/7.
You can choose to put in your credit card each time or to purchase “data dollars”. Either way, it will give you a total and ask for your approval before every purchase. Again, if you haven’t input your credit card or purchased anything with “data dollars,” you haven’t been charged anything.
HouseTank is an innovative, secure partnership website for housing investment opportunities.
Members of the House Academy community can discover or share house investment opportunities online and create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Once on-boarded, you will receive an email directly from HouseTank with your account information. You can check out a couple training videos HERE.
Your Membership gives you access to exclusive, discounted pricing through Offers2Owners. You can look at how this works HERE. Offers2Owners is a very easy way to get offers in the mail, and it was designed by us specifically for people who do the kind of mailing that we do. The process is outlined for you below, and please don’t hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions on your journey.
1. Log in
You are automatically on-boarded to Offers2Owners when you sign up for House Academy. You just need to log in, and member-specific pricing is automatically applied to your account.
2. Start an Order
Put yourself on the radar by starting an order. Get the ball rolling no matter where you are in your investment career. We will adjust to your level of experience and make sure you get your offer campaign done correctly.
3. Watch Training Videos
Learn to mail merge or leave it to us. We love data and mail merge processing. You may be less enthusiastic and just want to do deals. Your House Academy program is also a guide on how to use this properly.
4. Call Us!
You were bored or dazzled by the training videos. Either way, let’s get some offers out there. Now is the time to get some offers in the mail. This is what sets us apart from every other commercial printer and mail merge service–we know exactly what you are trying to accomplish and will execute perfectly on your behalf. 5. Approve your Campaign
The paper that will go in the mail is ready for submission. It’s game day. Approve the actual offers that will go in the mail in less than 24 hours. On your green light, we get them in the mail. Hold on to your hat because way more people want to sell you their property than you can imagine.

Continuing Education
House Academy has its very own dedicated online community. Here you have access to hundreds of like-minded investors and their knowledge, tricks-of-the-trade, and experiences. You can post new questions, search for past tips, and collaborate with other members and the House Academy team. Many members have even posted their own video tutorials to help other members.
Bottom line? If you’re stumped or need guidance or just a morale boost, the HA Forums should be your default go-to.
If you had an account on the House Academy free forums prior to signing up for membership and used a different email account to register for the two, please email support@houseacademy.com with your credentials and we’ll upgrade you manually. This will allow you to access all members-only content.
We hold a live, weekly call every Thursday at 2 pm Pacific Standard Time for House Academy members only. On each call, Steven and Jill share successes, cover hot topics, and provide extensive Q&A support. These calls are audio-only with visual aids. This is your opportunity to learn, listen and participate in your housing-acquisition education with like-minded professionals who are often on the same page as you and stumped, pumped or otherwise intrigued by similar issues.
