Question about scrubbing duplicate owners

Hi everyone. In Land Academy we scrub out multiple parcels owned by the same owner (so if John Smith owns 20 lots he gets one offer). In the offer it says if you have other property to sell let us know. Do you do the same with house mailers? I ask cause I own rentals and some I'd be interested in selling and some I wouldn't. If I got an offer on one I'd be more interested than another. What do you guys do? If John Smith owns 5 properties I assume you send him one offer for one property and say if you have others you'd like to sell let us know. Right?
