I like both programs but Undecided!
I'm a member of both and have done both. I would recommend doing land academy first. House academy is great and you can't go wrong. But the level of risk in the land is much lower. You also learn a LOT of the basics you really need to go into a transaction with confidence on the house side.
Jack recommends doing 10 deals and then you will know. That is GREAT advice.
Best of luck to you!
Hi Aaron, personally speaking, it depends on experience and if you prefer land or houses. They are both amazing programs in my opinion, so you just have to pick the one you feel will appeal more to you. You also have the option to enroll in both the programs. Hope this helps and Good luck!
Hi Aaron, did you make a decision on which program to start of with? I would probably start off with Land Academy unless you already are buying houses. The acquisition cost has a much lower entry point and that way you can learn the ropes with less financial risk.
