How many times should I mail prospects?

Hi Aaron, Normally once a month is the norm to track but its really up to you!
If you received interest from a seller by sending out an Offer Letter, you should have their information to follow up with them. Unless all of your communication has been through mail, I would send them an email or give them a call instead.
If you utilize a CRM, you can place potential Sellers on an automated drip campaign sending follow up communications of various types and timeframes. You can also schedule automated reminders for follow up phone calls.
Steven and Jill say they never mail the same address twice. Usually its better to mail a new area than hit the same people a second time.
