What exactly makes this data better than if I were to get it from a smaller source or a county directly?
Thanks for asking my favorite question to answer!
We've tried them ALL of the data sources, so I feel like we're pretty qualified to speak on that. Our sources are the best place for real estate mailer data for all types of real estate since they have a direct feed from 98% (and adding constantly) of the approximately 3150 counties in the US. That's huge. What I find so great about this data is that it’s typically incredibly fresh, and they even tell you how old it is before pulling it. Having an up to date source is make it or break it in this business. Also, it’s in the same format for every county which takes the guessing and difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it. As you may know, if you get it directly from each county, each one provides it in different formats. This can be very hard to go through and make uniform. They does it all for you, and deliver it in a ready to mail format.
