Do I need RealQuest to send out my mailers?

Hi Aaron! You do need a database but DataTree is better for SFR's vs RealQuest. Thank you!

Aaron, DataTree has the best data for SFRs and the layout of the website looks newer than RealQuest's in my opinion. It is user friendly and you get a great rate with your House Academy membership. Good luck!
