Hello House Academy folks! I was just watching Stephen's video on "Why Offer Campaigns Work". Very helpful.
One question: how much do you pay virtual assistants to append the house value data from Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and RealtyTrac?
I know Redfin includes a download option.
Or is there a software that will do that for you?
I'm trying to gauge if it'd be worth writing myself a program to pull down that information quickly or if it's more cost effective to just use a virtual assistant's services.

Hi Lance, the product you are talking about is called Smart Pricing Service and is available to House Academy members on Offers2Owners.com. There was a recent price drop on it so you are now charged just $0.10 per line of data for the data from five different websites. Happy to answer any questions you may have about it!
